Alex, Despite being referred to you by a close friend, and told that you were fantastic, the service that you provided far exceeded any expectations that I had. From the first phone call, you were helpful, friendly and relaxed, and I felt very comfortable working with you.  You went out of your way to check up on the style of my partner’s ring, when I had no time to do so myself, and you remodelled my old engagement ring into an amazingly unique piece, which I totally adore.  I had only a glimmer of an idea when I came to see you, and in one sitting with me, you were able to draw an amazing design. After being to many other jewellers in the past, I have never bought such quality at such a price, with the service that you have delivered. Thanks Alex. You did an awesome job.

I was looking for a very personal present, and Max Diamonds delivered this in every way; from the experience, I had choosing and designing the ring, to the ring itself. I was utterly delighted by the outcome, and more importantly, my girlfriend loved it. I have since gone back and had a ring made for myself.
