I thought I would let you know how much I adore my beautiful emerald and diamond ring. Thank you for persevering with my design and creating such a stunning piece. First and foremost, I would just like to say thank you to you and the team for creating the perfect engagement ring for me and my now Bride to be!!! You guys were great to work with and from a customer’s point of view, having done a bit of shopping for the ring, a lot of places give you this feeling like no matter what price point was in my budget, it was just under where they thought I should be, you didn’t.  You especially Alex, and your team gave me comfort and confidence that the amount I was spending was ok which is the biggest reason I chose to do business with you.
