One natural cushion cut ceylon sapphire weighing 2.41ct bezel set in a handmade 18ct white gold ring with 4 x 0.05ct 8 x 0.005ct 12 x 0.025ct and 6 x 0.015ct round brilliant cut diamonds (G colour SI clarity) all bezel set with millgrain edge.
