Jess absolutely loved the engagement ring you had made up for us. She keeps telling me that she can’t take her eyes off the ring and gets distracted by the twinkles. And importantly, she said “Yes!” As I had mentioned, I flew to Paris to meet her, but I had decided that our weekend trip to Nice and Monaco was where it would all happen, just outside in the gardens of the Grand Casino looking back onto the harbour.

Well, I have returned from the most amazing weekend in the Hunter Valley. Everything went according to plan – the weather was perfect, the food was stunning and our special moment was exactly that, special. Lizzie absolutely loved the stone and the setting. It is quite amazing to watch the number of people that have stopped us and asked about the ring. The “bling” the stone gives off could provide enough light for a small village…it is really quiet something. So to you Robyn, thank you. Thank you for answering my 1,000 questions. Thank you for listening and designing, and re-designing the setting to meet my requirements. Above all thank you for your service and for finding a stone that is simply breathtaking. She loves it. Thank you so much. We’re very excited. I’ve heard a lot of ‘Oh mys!’ and one person said, ‘That’s not a ring, it’s a torch!’ Thanks for keeping the secret so long. When the moment finally came, I couldn’t wait any longer. She was shocked and delighted. And the ring… it’s a stunner.

The price was extremely reasonable when compared with the prices quoted by other jewellers I had visited. I’d like to say a massive thank-you for helping Nathan with my beautiful ring! I was absolutely amazed with it and I think its the most perfect setting for such a spectacular stone, the sapphire is incredibly beautiful and the diamonds are so clear and catch the light wonderfully, I cant stop looking at it which makes driving really dangerous for me now.  I LOVE the milligrain detail you’ve put in as well. I’ve never seen another ring like it, I feel just like Elizabeth Taylor, Nathan proposed to me on the steps of St.Paul’s in London when we went home at Christmas time, and by coincidence all the Christmas lights in the streets were blue and white! You made the whole process so exciting and so enjoyable, it was so lovely to see someone with so much enthusiasm and talent about something so important to me, and thank you for helping Nathan finish off the design so perfectly, My ring is so special to me and I cant wait to come back and see you about our wedding bands and hopefully many more precious gems!! You really have done an amazing job, I cant tell you how grateful I am.

Alex, Despite being referred to you by a close friend, and told that you were fantastic, the service that you provided far exceeded any expectations that I had. From the first phone call, you were helpful, friendly and relaxed, and I felt very comfortable working with you.  You went out of your way to check up on the style of my partner’s ring, when I had no time to do so myself, and you remodelled my old engagement ring into an amazingly unique piece, which I totally adore.  I had only a glimmer of an idea when I came to see you, and in one sitting with me, you were able to draw an amazing design.
