Lifetime Upgrade on Quality Diamonds

If your circumstances change in the future and you would like to upgrade your natural diamond, all MAX Diamonds customers have the option to upgrade their natural diamond for a larger size, higher colour or clarity grade, or even a different shape at any time.

The high quality of our diamonds means we are happy to take back the original natural diamond that you purchased and credit you with the price you paid towards a new diamond of greater value; you only pay the difference.

One of our trained consultants can organise a consultation with you to determine what your expectations are and recommend what would be the best option, then organise a quote for your new diamond.

Sometimes you can accommodate the new stone into the original setting but if not we will be able to quote you on how much it would cost to have a new setting made on your existing ring or quote to make a new ring that is completely different.
