COVID-19 Update

MAX Diamonds will be open for face to face appointments from Monday the 11th October 2021, for fully vaccinated customers. We are thrilled to see customers coming through our doors again. We promise to give you the best experience we can with the restrictions that are currently in place. Things will be a little different so here is what you can expect:

Please make an appointment to ensure your safety and ours – we can then make sure that one of our diamond specialists or designers has as much time as you need for your appointment regardless of if you are visiting us for a ring clean, detailed diamond education or a complete ring design experience. We want to give you the best experience possible for bookings while still keeping everyone safe.

What We Are Doing For You

• Sanitation – a sanitation station available to all customers and all surfaces and tables thoroughly sanitised after each visit
• Space – we are adhering to the restrictions around total guests per space and per square meter
• Signage – increased signage and safety distance markers
• Vaccination – All the staff at MAX Diamonds are fully vaccinated.

What You Can Do For Us and Others

• Follow our guidelines around social distancing
• If you make a booking, please show up!
• If possible, we recommend you go cashless
• If you see something wrong, please let us know
• If you feel unwell, please visit us another time!
• Please wear a mask while visiting MAX Diamonds
• Please check-in using the QR code and show the check-in confirmation to your MAX Diamonds consultant
• Please show your MAX Diamonds consultant your vaccination certificate on arrival

Appointment Terms & Conditions

By making an appointment you agree and acknowledge as follows;

• Your booking numbers do not exceed 2  guests.
• You agree to acknowledge that yourself along with any of your guests are not displaying cold like symptoms, have been in contact with any known COVID cases and have not returned from overseas in the past 14 days
• Check in upon entry to comply with the current Government Legislation. Name in full along with a current phone or email contact is required.
• Please respect all bookings have a strict maximum 1hr sitting time
• Gemtec Group is committed to the safety of all clients and staff and is a registered COVID safe business
• All people visiting MAX Diamonds over the age of 16 are fully vaccinated
